With this membership you pick one day of the week (M-Fri anytime  -- Sat., Sun., and Holidays after 11pm) and you play absolutely FREE.  The other days of the week you pay member Cart Rate of $6 for 9 Holes and $12 for 18 Holes.  The day of the week you pick will be your day all year.
